IE Tweak 2 is freeware, and I've been using it for a couple of years now. The site originates from Poland, and I've not encountered any spyware or malware from the site or the program itself.

IEtweak 2 is designed to configure and personalize settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer browser in versions 5-6. Program allows to change:

* toolbar's background
* animation in the right upper corner
* IE's title bar text
* Desktop icon
* number of simultaneously downloaded files from the same server (IE 6 only)
* default IE's browser engine
* default IE's download folder

For me, the most useful feature is being able to change the maximum number of simultaneous downloads, very useful!
